LUNG TUMOR    

My youngest daughter was just born when I was diagnosed with a tumor in my lung. My wife and the whole family broke down into tears. 15 Effective Ways to Prevent Cancer (and others chronic diseases)    
1. Cancer patients must follow a strict vegetarian diet and patients undergoing chemotherapy must take Three Treasure Powder, Nuts, seeds to replenish Plant protein or amino. Things to be avoided completely:
• Meat and meat products
• Eggs and dairy products
• Five Whites (white sugar, white flour, white salt, white rice and white bread) and biscuits
   
       
2. Drink at least 4-6 times of juicing. For your convenience, Wellness Juicing is your better choice. REMEMBER: At least 75% raw food. Percentage of raw food for normal people intake must be higher when we are ill!    
       
3. Skip breakfast. Consume juicing or BarleyGreen, Beta Carrot and Beat Beet in the morning. Mix it with cold water and drink (eat fruits, juicing or alkaline water if still feel hungry). This is because physiological detoxification time of our body occurs in the morning.    
       
4. Take 2 meals per day (lunch and dinner), grain rice or porridge, plain fried vegetable or salad, no starch should be included.

The daily meal ratio should be followed according to the diagram below:
6 vegetables : 2 fruits : 1 starch : 1 protein

6 vegetables: Drink blended juicing every day.

2 fruits: Eat fruits only between meals whenever hungry.

1 protein: Take in nuts, seeds like walnut, pea, pumpkin seeds and etc every day (raw).

1 starch: Eat grain rice or porridge everyday.

   
       
6. 80% alkaline : 20% acidic
Reduce rice intake, Japanese sweet potatoes and other starch food. The acidity of food will cause acidic environment and result our blood being more viscous.
   
       
7. Juicing should be followed from time to time by taking Barleygreen, Beta Carrot and Beta Beet (may fast once a week or thrice a month).    
       
8. Take excessive BarleyGreen, Beta Carrot and Beta Beet, (effective against cancers and chronic diseases).    
       
9. Always practice deep breathing (because cancerous cells hate oxygen) Exercise at least 3 times a week (must sweat). Practice tapping every day on acupuncture point, lymphatic system and blood vessels, to improve blood circulation, unobstructed Qi and blood, massages the acupuncture point (take BarleyGreen and drink a lot of water before tapping) so that you will feel more energetic and will not easily get tired.    
       
10. Often simmer herbs: 'Entadae Stem', 'Black Head General', green papaya juice, 'South Africa Leaves' etc to drink as water. These plants are also considered vegetables.    
       
11. The bowel movement must be unobstructed to prevent constipation. Take FiberGreen and Probio+Plus to facilitate bowel movement. Cancer of constipated patient will not heal, but will be even worse.    
       
12. According to "the power of mind", healthy mind and intention contributes healthy life. Demand health, blessing, happiness, affection, wealth and success by practicing meditation for 3 to 5 minutes everyday. Respond with a smile and avoid anger or frustration. By doing so, you tend to appreciate life more.    
       
13. Take in less calorie containing food whilst balance the energy level in your body. Beginning stage will be a little difficult however you will be used to it after a certain period. Give yourself 4 to 12 months and you will recover!    
       
14. Get enough sleep and rest.    
       
15. Do not eat too much! 20% of hunger should be maintained as hunger cures sickness! (Because the red blood cell dissociates more when hungry), water intake must be adequate.
