1) The barley grass of good quality is the AKASHINRIKI seed which has the honor of acquiring to have patent right implantation, and in the rich organic soil growth, whenever the barley grass grows to about 12-18 inches it is the golden time to be harvested.
2) Immediately after being harvested,
the barley is off-loaded at the factory and processing begins.
3) Barley is washed using water only.
4) Using a screw-press machine,
the washed barley is made into a juice.
5) Barley juice is then filtered.
6) Nutrient rich juice ready to be made
into a powder.
7) Low temperature evaporator concentrates
the barley juice.
